I suppose that technically, this photo is illegal and everyone looking at it could be detained by the USA government in a concentration camp in Cuba. This is the line at the border crossing (where photography is strictly forbidden!). We waited about 90 minutes to get across the border. What a pain... There's a bike lane now, but some clever people rent bikes to gringos for the sole purpose of getting across the border quicker. That just made them purposefully slow the bike lane down.
